High security bi-fold gate
With a maximum opening and closing speed of up to 1 m/s, the high-speed bi-folding gate MAPO FGZ CT achieves opening and closing speeds of barriers, but prevents access securely for pedestrians as well. An innovative catch mechanism combined with a motorised locking device stops vehicle break through attacks effectively. These features make the gate especially suitable for high security applications, such as embassies, prisons or other critical infrastructures.

The gate is designed for a shallow mounted installation depth of 650 mm only. This and the small as possible lay out of the foundations assist to avoid collisions with existing supply lines, service pipes or other ground wires. Additionally it will also reduce costs.
Thanks to the special and newly developed lever arm system, the bi-folding gate runs reliable and fully cantilevered, without need of any additional upper or lower tracks or rails.
Using the ZABAG MAPO FGZ CT, up to 600 operations per day are possible.

Corrosion protection
System 3Plus - All steel parts are shot blasted, hot zinc sprayed, powder primed and then powder coated to the finished colour. This special finish ensures high resistance to damage caused by ultra violet light, scratches, chemicals or oil. Hot dip galvanising is also available if specified.
